The PCO 1881 (28mm) threaded neck is commonly used in plastic bottles for carbonated beverages. Its threaded neck features a unique notch design (non-continuous threads) that quickly releases accumulated carbon dioxide gas when opening the bottle, preventing the cap from ejecting due to a sudden release of pressure and improving safety. A similar notch is also located in the corresponding position of the cap to ensure smooth gas discharge.
