The 28mm bottle cap is designed for use in carbonated beverage and soft drink packaging. Its optimized structure effectively withstands internal bottle pressure, ensuring the safety of carbonated beverages during filling and storage.

A key feature is its broken-thread design, which allows for controlled pressure release upon opening, reducing the risk of springback and leakage, thus enhancing safety and consumer experience.

Sealing ring Annular structure design that plays the main sealing role.
Top seal An annular structure design that plays an auxiliary sealing role.
Connection point tangent line A connection bridge is formed by cutting.which breaks off from the cover when opened.
Side seal Plays an auxitiary sealing roleand can prevent outside air from entering.
Anti-theft safety ring After opening the cover, it breaks and separates from the cover body, whichcan directly determine whether it has been opened.
