3. Add anti-slip design to improve screwing efficiency
Adding anti-slip protrusions on the top of the thread or under the bottle mouth can provide additional friction during the screwing process, making the bottle cap easier to tighten, improving the sealing stability, and reducing the risk of damage to the bottle mouth of the bottle preform by the screwing machine.
4. Control thread accuracy and reduce deformation
During the injection molding process of the bottle preform, the thread part may be deformed due to uneven cooling or insufficient mold accuracy. Optimizing the cooling system and improving mold accuracy can effectively reduce the deviation of the bottle mouth thread and improve the matching degree of the bottle cap.
